The base of Harmonious Meditation is Harmonious Breathing.
Harmonious Meditation is practicing and perfecting harmonious breathing, while having full focus on all the 6 actions that are preformed, while practicing Harmonious Breathing.
1. Complete 3 stage breathing
2. Doubling duration of exhale compared to inhale
3. Reducing by half normal breathing rate at rest
4 Breathing full and deep
5 Quieting the breathing
6 Rounding the breathing
Mantras and Imaginary-Images may be combined while practicing Harmonious Meditation.
