By becoming aware and focusing on the status and sensations in different parts of our body, we shift our thoughts to the NOW.
In our mind we make an effort to evaluate the status of different parts in our body by sensing. We start from the toes and end all they way up in our scalp and hair.
We as if ask ourselves, “how am I feeling in a particular part in my body?” and then as if answer ourselves.

How do I feel NOW in my toes? … I feel well, they are very relaxed.
How do I feel NOW in the arches of my feet? … I feel well, they are very relaxed.
How do I feel NOW in my heals? … I feel well, they are very relaxed.
How do I feel NOW in the calves of my legs? … I feel well, they are very relaxed.
