My breakfast
My most important meal of the day is my breakfast. I have been eating more or less the same breakfast for the last 20 years and I still enjoy it every single morning.
2 tbsp. of common oats
1 tbsp. of wheat germ
1 tbsp. of oat bran
1 tbsp of sesame seeds
1 tbsp of flux seeds
1 tbsp sunflower seeds
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp of buckwheat
1/2 tbsp of ground dry coconuts
1/2 tbsp of chia seeds
1/4 tbsp of gound cinamon
~ 5 – 7 almonds
~ 5 – 7 hazelnuts
~ 5 – 7 walnuts
~ 3 – 4 brazil nuts
I either soak the mixture over night with water OR if I need to prepare and eat, I grind with a coffee grinder the sesame and the flux seeds so they can be digested before adding to the mixture.
