The introduction is meant to give a short overview on the subjects covered in Experimental-Breathing workshops. Understanding the difference between conscious and unconscious breathing. Dual control of the respiratory system. Introducing the 7 important conscious choices of breathing. Observing the breath, in search for personal breathing identity. Practical breathing tools that can help with: * Stress * Concentration * Pain * Falling asleep * Staying awake *.
