The fifth important conscious choice of breathing inhale vs. exhale duration. Time spent on inhaling compared to time spent on the exhaling. Finding a relaxing and awakening ratio. How does our heartbeat change, when we inhale and when we exhale? Heart-rate  variability and it’s effect on breathing. The bidirectional influence between breathing and mental state.
