#1 Nose vs. mouth breathing
In the first breathing workshop the focus is on the first important conscious choice of breathing, nose or mouth breathing? What happens to the air as it makes it’s way from our nostrils all the way down to the lungs, compared to air that makes its way from the opening of our mouth to the lungs. What are the advantages of nose breathing and in what cases the mouth may be a better choice for breathing.
